In the beginning . . .
Their home started the dream . . .
In 1992, Alex and Belle Acacio, both civil engineers, supervised the construction of their 54 square meter bungalow. Their good friend, Architect Bal Antonio, designed the house. Alex was at that time an engineering consultant to various contractors while Belle was affiliated with an engineering firm.
The three of them started building their first project on October 18, 1992. Many people expressed their interest in buying the property even before its completion in January 1993. The home was sold before January 1993.
Since then, Alex, Belle and Bal teamed up to help clients build their dream homes. Building Dreams, Inc. was established to serve the growing market of clientele yearning for their dream homes.
To date, Alex heads the Construction Group; Bal leads the Architectural Group and Belle handles the Finance and Marketing Group.
