We buy construction materials directly and in bulk from manufacturers in order to avail of volume discounts. We get the best price so that we can pass on the savings to you.
FINANCIAL BANK ASSISTANCE
Should you desire to finance your home through bank financing, we will assist you in preparing all the necessary documents and help you follow-up the papers.
GUARANTEE OF WORKMANSHIP
We guarantee the quality of our work from structural integrity, roofing, electrical, plumbing, tile works and painting. Our engineers, architects and workers follow the quality control guidelines in our BDI Construction Manual.
WEEKLY UPDATE
We give you a regular progress report to update you of the construction activities in the site. The progress report includes pictures of the activities and developments in the project, which we could also send through electronic mail.
FREE EXTRA SERVICES
We do landscape architecture and interior decoration- free of charge, to assist you in decorating your new home.
1 YEAR GUARANTEE
In your first year upon transfer, we give free services for any kind of repair in your new home.
